Louis Chon | Co-Founder
French Designer Louis Chon moved to Asia 10 years ago. Ever since he has worked with renowned international interior and creative agencies in the region. Throughout his career, he has won several international awards. After years in agencies, Louis decided to create his own studio with his solid luxury background. Both a listener and a storyteller, he captures his clients’ needs and personalities to unveil a story. Through both space and interior design. His skills combined lead to unexpected and creative environmental solutions.
Sy Chow | Co-Founder
Award winner SY has been working closely with government and large-scale architectural projects. He has been part of the JLL group. Alongside his team, they have wonArchitizer A+ awards and a Globe Design Award. With more than 10 years of solid drawing skills and his 3D pre-visualization knowledge, SY has proven a comprehensive understanding of both the creativity and the execution of a project. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Design Association and The Hong Kong Interior Design Association.
Our services
Interior design
Interspace applies a “whole team” approach to design conceptualisation involving multiple brainstorming sessions, research, team discussions, hand sketches, preparation of case studies, and integration of brand and corporate culture. Our expert 3D graphic artists will construct a virtual representation of the space we have planned for your project. We use industry-leading tools and techniques to prepare realistic modelled environments so that you have the opportunity to explore your new space before we even start construction.
Contracting
Our on-site personnel will continuously direct and monitor the progress of your project’s build process. Our design team and project managers hold regular site meetings with all trades and vendors to ensure that our design vision is fully carried through to the construction process, and for quick action in case of any site conditions necessitating amendments. Nominated sub-contractors for building services engineering works (i.e. ventilation, fire, water, electrical) are coordinated as a part of this process. We take health and safety issues very seriously, and our site supervisors are empowered to enforce rules designed to protect our workers and visitors to work sites. Testing and commissioning processes are handled as an integral part of the Construction phase, providing early warning for any defective materials or installations, and ensuring maximum continuous project progression through every stage of our build process.
