Bianco & Rosso

Bianco & Rosso has been designed as a temple of Vermouth. The interior pays homage to the European Renaissance and Classical architecture with high ceilings, arches and accented walls. Religious murals and paintings in gilded frames are juxtaposed with bold red graffiti. Bianco & Rosso, meaning Red & White in Italian, plays with duality: the saint and the sinner, angles and demons, purity and seduction. Our interior concept creates the perfect space to house the creative pairings of Chef Ban Jee Min and mixologist Luca Andrei. Careful curation of every detail, from the plush art deco furnishings and marble table tops to soft lighting creates an elegant yet vibrant experience.
