Welcome to Hemingway’s home! Inspired by the man’s unique sophistication and talent, this speak-easy bar interweaves reading books with suave cocktails. The flooring’s white and red tiles emulate Hemingway’s Cuban home. As you walk around, you won’t find the mixologists behind the bar, but in the centre of the space, sharing their cocktail artistry with the guests. We wanted the atmosphere to feel more intimate. A place to connect with others while cherishing an icon. Last but not least, we’ve mixed some left-over construction pieces to design a memorable mosaic of Ernest; which immediately draws attention. We are proud that this space was rated “Best Bar in Asia” in 2017.
